Return policy

Refunds can be offered for non-personalised items on request within 30 days, as long as the items is returned in the same condition it was received.

Refunds will be offered for personalised items when the received item is defective or the personalisation differs from that requested. Alternatively, a replacement can be provided.

Personalised items are considered to be items which include custom engravings, embossings or similar. Items with different colour options but no custom engraving are not considered as personalised items.
